Notice
Posted to the door of the Records Division. Date of original posting unknown.
The Records Division of the Bureau of Recreational Vehicles is, at present, unstaffed. This has been the case since 1991, when the Records Archivist position was vacated and not refilled following Reorganization 89-04.
Written inquiries are received and returned in the order in which they are received. Response times are not guaranteed. The Bureau cannot, in good faith, estimate when an inquiry will be answered.
Walk-in visits to the Records Division are discouraged. The Field Office cannot, at present, locate the Records Division within the Region IV facility.

Inquiry Procedure
For visitors wishing to submit a formal records request.
All formal inquiries to the Records Division must be submitted in writing using Bureau Form RD-104. Form RD-104 is not, at present, available online. Visitors wishing to submit an inquiry are asked to request a copy of Form RD-104 by mail.

Inquiries are routed through the Records Archivist (vacant, 1991–present), the Filing Clerk (vacant, 2002–present), and the Junior Archivist for Photographic Material (vacant, 1997–present). The Bureau notes that this routing is presently nominal.
