Bulletins No. 0005–0022, 0024–0032, 0034–0057, 0059–0060, 0062–0071, 0073–0090, 0092–0106, and 0108 onward are listed in the Bureau's print catalogue but are not, at present, available either in digital form or in the field office. Where such Bulletins are cited in extant Bulletins, the reader is directed to the Records Division.
The Records Division has not been continuously staffed since 1991. Inquiries are returned in the order in which they are received.
The Bureau acknowledges the incompleteness of the digital index and intends, when resources permit, to undertake a comprehensive transcription project. Resource availability is reviewed annually.
